Kalypso

Named for the water nymph of Greek mythology, Kalypso recalls the ancient classical forms which have inspired the bathtubs of the neoclassical and Napoleonic era. A sculptural object, with an essential yet soft shape, enriched by the unique variation of the marble veins. In Kalypso, the inherent strength of marble is contrasted by exquisite design and workmanship. Soft, undulating lines, with thoughtful ergonomics create a welcoming “embrace” for the human body in contact with water.
